The users address book can be used as a whitelist. In addition if you are using SmarterMail the Trusted Sender list can be used as a whitelist. To answer your question: 1. Yes this is correct. 2. It must be made clear it is not Declude that does not properly identify the sender. Declude uses the sender that is in the envelope of the message, this helps prevents spoofing of the message. The header can contain any sender this is why it is done. The reason I mention this is the client must understand by doing it this way they are bypassing a safety mechanism. You can create a filter as you have described, but you cannot only run a filter for a per domain or user. All filters run in Declude.
