First, a warning ... the CE-setup script hasn't been updated in a while, so I'm not sure how well it's working; it should probably be replaced with a Rails template<http://broadcast.oreilly.com/2008/12/application-generators-offer-r.html>or something.

I'll point out using EC2 is like running your own VPS... there's no tech support, so you need to know your way around a server (installing gems, required packages like ImageMagick, etc).
