Which only proves the point that Windows security is poor and that you 
are so sold on the MS way of doing things that you can't get your brain 
around the concept of better security.

If you really want to make it easy, why not just change everybody's 
password to "password"? That would eliminate one big "housekeeping chore" 
for you.
