If you really don't need one, why sign up for one? Why not two?

How the heck are we supposed to read the following FAQ? Is that TWO
boxes or TWO coupons, ONE box?

We have 3 analog TVs that are used only for broadcast television. That makes us one coupon short. Each coupon is for a converter for one TV.

They should give the converters to us free, making the manufacturers/lobbyists pay for them, since they're the ones who pushed this through without any consideration for the end users. Thanks corporate government!
