i think my problems started when I joined Grouply
then Malware Crush installed itself on my computer.

now, i am running XoftSpySE -- on the advice of information given in
answer.yahoo.com
is this a good thing to do?
what risk do I face from the fact that MalwareCrush was on my computer
for a day or two?
