OK, I checked in that Changelog, and the version number bump to start preping for release. I was looking into MinGW... and uh, I think I'm missing something. I installed mingw32, mingw64, mingw64-tools and ... well every other mingw package I could find but there's nothing resembling a mingw32-configure binary anywhere in my path... I have i686-w64-mingw32-c++ and x86_64-w64-mingw32-c++ and gcc equivalents and linkers and fortran and dlltool, and cpp.... but no configure... and the docs I read on compiling windows binaries didn't mention it either.
