I'd like to second that. A "drop-and-forget" install, as it were. :-) The closer we can get to that, the better (even if that means limiting the app servers we support). If that's not feasible then I'd like to suggest building from source where a *single* file in the project root directory contains the user's preferences (what app server, what database, what port, what email subject line, etcetera).
