I would try
File -> Get Monomer -> ACE -> OK
Edit Restraints -> ACE -> OK -> Info -> Group to "L-peptide" -> {Return} ->
Apply
Add Terminal Residue (to current N-terminal protein molecule)
Replace Residue (newly added ALA) to ACE
