Since some of your messages are bouncing with 5XX codes, you probably 
want to set ARCHIVEDIR in courierd.  This will retain a copy of all sent 
mail which you can review afterward.  Otherwise you're not likely to 
have a copy of the messages that are failing rather than being deferred.
