Don't conflate backscatter and DNSBL.

That is configured in the BLACKLISTS variable of your courier/esmtpd
configuration file (the DNS access list "-block" option is documented
in the couriertcpd man page).

That URL says "41.190.128.53 not listed in bl.spamcop.net", but it
must have been listed at 17:14:31 when the lookup was done.  At this
time, that IP is listed in apews.org and v4bl.org.
