The problem is that this is effectively spoofing the sender and you do not have permission to send mail claiming to come from Yahoo (per DMARC policy). I assume you are putting the yahoo address in the From field so that you can directly reply to the email. If this is the case, why not put an email address that you control into the From field and put the address of the person filling out the form into a Reply-To header? This way, Google will not complain about the sender and you can still reply directly to the email.
