module tarball deleted from CPAN is still being tested

I replaced the module Math::TriangularNumbers and deleted it's tarball 
from CPAN a while ago:

    http://backpan.perl.org/authors/id/D/DP/DPCHRIST/


It seems the (mis-named) tarball Math-TriangularNumbers-r0_03.tar.gz is 
still being tested:

    http://www.cpantesters.org/distro/M/Math-TriangularNumbers-r.html


How do I stop testing of this obsolete module?
