I deleted Math-TriangularNumbers-r0_03.tar.gz  from CPAN several months ago:

It appears on "Reports for distributions by DPCHRIST":

    http://www.cpantesters.org/author/D/DPCHRIST.html

Regardless of which "Availability" I choose.  Perhaps the string 'r0_03" 
is causing problems with the web site code (?).
