You believe Herr President Clinton would do something as selfless as
sacrificing himself when he's worried about how he'll be viewed by

As for the "right" to know, there's a phrase intel people like to use:
the need to know. I don't believe most bureaucrats think die Lumpen
have the need to know anything. Look at our public educashun sistem.
