I agree that measures should be taken to put a stop to counterfeiting but
at the same time, it seems you give them an inch and they'll take a mile.
In other words, I would guess this wouldn't be used to only track
counterfeiters... Maybe even track those who copy information contrary to
the Elitist point of view and so on and soforth...

Isn't it part of the mandate of the Secret Service to investiagte
counterfiting? I remember when the colour copiers came out there were
problems with people photocopying money. So perhaps this "invisible
code" is a means of tracking down criminals if they attempt to pass off
'funny money'?
