Again, Satan is not an invention of Christian theology. Satan and hell are mentioned
in the OT. Therefore
he/it IS a construct of Judaic theology.
And in answer to Nessie's contention, talking about what Jews believe when discussing
issues of theology is no
more racist than discussing what Christians, Moslems, Hindus, Buddhists, Animists, or
Wiccans believe.
