romantic figure of Aaron Burr was ever afterwards the symbol of British

Command and TRADOC).
Skull and Bones e is the recognized Fascist and German NAZI SS symbol
which was put on their rings and on important historic documents. The
Death Head symbol is also used by mostly white males only "eilitist" secret
societies, to include the French and German Illuminati, Scottish Rite
Freemasons and outlawed rogue mercenary, guerrilla and soldier of fortune

Death Head NAZI SS symbols are an affront to a majority of American
Christian and Moslem parents, their children and to American society and

connote and promote fascist gang culture and all that it implies ( unlawful
and irregular practices which ignore law and civilized behavior and promote
Watergate like break-ins as the norm and romanticize rape, pillage, theft

Are we now to expect more NAZI and German Skin Head logos at USMC,
Army and Joint and NATO facilities? Is the current "school shooter boy cult"
being incrementally promoted by the Marine Corps Commandant and
Chain of Command at "Joint" and "NATO" facilities?Graffiti, particularly graffiti symbolizing the NAZI SS and German Death
Heads, should not be "advertised" in such an inappropriate location. It has
become a local joke. Visitors are laughing at the current Marine Corps
leadership for condoning such rubbish. Some have commented that they
'blame' the US Army for allowing NAZI and Masonic symbols on their base.
Photographs are being put on the Internet. Mothers and parents on base
are disturbed that their children are being exposed.

Is this in the interest of national security? We think not.Issues Involved:
1. Blatant and conspicuous disregard of American family values. The use
of government taxpayer funded property for exhibitionism is in poor taste
and inexcusable.
2. Lack of sensitivity, awareness of community standards. Demonstrates
lack of concern, leadership, and oversight by Marine Corps and Naval
Command and Control levels.3. U.S. Army is being "blamed" by many for their participation in continuing
to house these NAZI Death Head symbols on their base.
Questions to be answered:
1. Under whose authority were these symbols painted on government
property?
2. Who has oversight at this subcommand located on a US Army facility
at Ft. Story Army Base under aegis of Ft. Eustis Command? We know for a
fact that the Death Head / NAZI graffiti was painted by men under the
Commander, Camp Lejeune, Jacksonville, N.C. who served under a Marine
Chain of Command. Originally allowed under the "watch" of Generals Peter
Pace, Anthony Zinni, Charles Wilhelm and "Commandant" Charles
Krulak and now effectively "sanctioned" by Commandant Jim Jones.
Momentum growing:
We have had over 20 phone calls from mothers and other respectable citizens
who feel strongly this is inappropriate at any place but especially at Virginia
and our nations most historic Cape Henry site. Does the Marine Corps enjoy
playing "games" with innocent children, visitors and citizens and Governor
and Commonwealth of of Virginia?Action proposed:
1. Have someone from the Armed Forces and Senate Committees visit the site
and take photographs and contact the Marine Corps Commandant Jim Jones'
office. We will furnish photographic copies. On Wednesday of last week we
understand that a Marine "officer" threatened and attempted to physically
attack both the "person" and "the car" of some people who had taken
photographs of the 5 or 6 Death Head grafitti. The Marine told the
photographer to "like it or lump it" and said he "did not care what the public
thinks of the ( SS Death Head ) logos".2. Ask the Commandant of the USMC to issue an official statement concerning
the reason for painting such offensive and inappropriate graffiti on
government property. Have him list all other sites where Death Head SS
graffiti is "displayed". Have him tell his reason for placing offensive symbols.
particularly this one, at the Cape Henry 1607 national historic of the first
colonists' landing.3. Ask to be furnished by the Commandant his current policy and chains of
command for placing / allowing such graffiti at this and any other locations.
Ask when this policy began and by whom instituted?A National Task Force and Organizing Committee is being formed to include
concerned national and international members. We have spoken to and already
received the support of important political and historic groups and their
representatives. All we have spoken to have expressed amazement at the
current Marine Corps' "in-your-face" attitude and and their recent site-based
Wednesday's attack at a citizen and of the car in a public right of way ).
We have been told that the President and Secretary Cohen did not approve
of or know about these graffitti drawings at Cape Henry. Those we have
shown the photos to and spoken with seem concerned about the impact
on international public opinion of NAZI SS fascist symbols, particularly
from the citizens and press in Germany, EU / NATO and allied nations and
of course in the UN. There are also serious human rights implications.We are herewith informing Senators John Warner ( Republican ) and
Chuck Robb ( Democrat ) as well as other members of Congress. Although
Robb and Warner are former Marines, we believe they will see the understand
the import of this and help us to remove these items before it comes to a head.
In this light, we have been fortunate to have the ears of a highly places USMC
Congressional person named Colonel Michael Regner who claimed not to have
been aware of the graffitti but be in a top position to look into this issue. He
mentioned he was in a Viet Nam unit with Oliver North and General John
Grinnalds whose son roomed with my son at Woodberry Forest School in
Orange, Virginia and I assume he will have the ear of the right people in the
Commandant's office. He told us to contact him, to "give him two weeks" and
then to call the Commandant's office which we will do. Regner seemed like a
level headed person and claimed to be a graduate of the Citadel in Charlston
where he grew up and went to college. er of "North and General John Grinnalds
is now the head. ( There was a book written about the secret society at the
Citadel written by a Marine who attended the school who told about the
fragging which occurred as part of the initiation there. ) Col Regner having
dinner this week at my brother William R. Miller III's restaurant Duck In Va.
Beach and he was seated with an attractive female staff member from Republican Representative Tom Davis' office by the name of Wyen Dinh. I gave them
both a card with details and names of local military connected individuals who
knew about the graffitti.

hope this will be settled as quickly as possible.I might mention in closing that we have been supported by various members
of the Society of Cape Henry, The National Society of Colonial Dames ( which

NATIONAL SITES AND LOCATIONS AT CAPE HENRY
George Washington Site:
It is important to note that George Washington picked this strategic and
historical site for his first historic lighthouse. This site and this light house was
so important that its reflective light is at the Smithsonian Museum and it
serves as the symbol of our city. Because of ties to George Washington we
hope to notify various national groups associated with him and his soldiers
to include members of the Society of Cincinnati and other patriotic groups.1607 First Landing Site:
Cape Henry and Ft. Story where the current graffiti has been painted is the
important visitor's site of the First Landing Site of British Colonists on their
way to Historic Jamestown, in 1607. It is this landing and its importance
which trumpeted and brought about the construction of the current
residences of the SACLANT and CINCLANT and ATLANTIC COMMAND
residences at the Naval Station Norfolk. These historic houses were built in
for the 1907 Jamestown Centennial Festival.Cape Henry Cross:
A wooden cross was placed also in 1607 at this site by members of the three
little British ships, the Godspeed, Discovery and the Susan Constant. These
were the first group of families to settle in America. Here they thanked
God for safe passage and here almost 400 years later the Order of Cape
Henry still celebrates this occasion at the anniversary of this landing of
these brave early Americans. The wooden cross was replaced with a stone
one by the Daughters of the American Colonists. The Cape Henry Cross is
located in close proximity to the "Skull and Bones" graffiti.French National Statue on 1776 site:
This important American International Historic Site is also the place where
the Battle of the Capes is commemorated which was the most strategic Battle
for the Victory at Yorktown. This site is also there. Both France and England
therefore view this site as important to their links with us historically and
culturally. Herbert Hoover and Governor Pollard paid homage to this site
and in 1976 an official visit by important French and British government
officials took place. Ambassadors and dignitaries are brought here on a regular
basis. Besides Jamestown, this is the most historically significant site in Colonial
