The upstream bug submission is considered to not be a bug, so I'm
closing it here as well. The upstream comment is as follows:
WildMIDI did what it was ment to do with the midi you attached. Viewing the
MIDI file in a hex editor shows that where the end of track marker should
be it isn't, but instead it is out by 1 byte. The midi file format states
that the last thing in a track has to be the end of track marker, in this
case it is not.
