The various xemacs21 component dependencies are very complex and include several loops, see the graph: <http://debian.semistable.com/dot/xemacs21-support_unstable.png> We should try to get rid of circular dependencies, especially very complex one as this one, because they can cause problems during upgrade between stable release and for testing propagation. It might not be easy to change the dependencies but let this bug be a remainder of the issue.
