Hi Oliver,

You've submitted this as an update but there was no prior entry, so I've
changed this to a new submission.

Regarding the push setup, you'll need to contact the administrator of
one of the many available primary mirrors[1] who will exchange keys with
you and then push the signal to your mirror to request an update,
however your current set up of syncing 4 times per day is more than
adequate.

Could you please tell us the available bandwidth of the mirror?
