Package: openssl Version: 1.1.1-1 Followup-For: Bug #912087 Now that by bug report has been switched to the openssl package, I would like to add that after seeing the above post about entropy, I installed haveged and now openssh-server starts in a fraction of the mentioned time.
On top of that, lightdm also starts faster (= it gets me to the login prompt quicker) than what it used to a few days ago. I was about to open a new bug report for it, but I do not know if it is related to this issue. -- System Information: Debian Release: buster/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (990, 'testing'), (500, 'unstable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Kernel: Linux 4.18.0-2-amd64 (SMP w/2 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_US.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_US.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8), LANGUAGE=en_US:en (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) Versions of packages openssl depends on: ii libc6 2.27-6 ii libssl1.1 1.1.1-1 openssl recommends no packages.
