Before reassining the bug to ICEWM, I'd like to make sure it is a real bug, i.e. that the icewm docs states that .icewm/startup is launched _after_ icewm, I'll try to look for it but I'll be really busy for the next 2 weeks, so if you want to check that up yourself, please reassing the bug _after_ having check the validity. If not, please close this bug.
