I can't reproduce this in a clean Bullseye chroot.  Removed app.min.js
so the non-minified version is used instead, but I still have to reload
the page to prefill the search dialog with Scope=all.  Does your app.js
matches what we shipped in roundcube-core?  DEBIAN/md5sums snippet:
