Indeed the gso split introduced in linux 6.5 was backported into linux 6.4.10 (commit bbe07adbaf39c2c5a95c3ca7eb52b2119d50af7d). I did not find it in previous stable series.

I don't think a bug report can be deleted and IIUC it should be closed only when the bug is fixed, so it should have been merged instead.
