Compiling haskell-lua with GHC 9.4 on ppc64{,el} produces code that
segfaults. This has been reported upstream [1] but unfortunately we
don't have a fix yet. This affects pandoc [2], since pandoc relies on
haskell-lua for its scripting engine.
In order to move forward, we will remove haskell-lua (and all packages
depending on it) from ppc64{,el}, and compile pandoc *without* Lua
support on the same architectures.
