Hello Steve (how's Linda?), When I worked on nufw NMU, I finally decided that fixing the ugly 0/1 choices with boolean tempaltes was requiring code changes to the big maintainer scripts. Something which I decided to be too invasive for a NMU at this moment in the release process. However, your patch seems to only fix templates but not maintainer scripts so I think that applying it blondly would very probably break the logic of the maintainer scripts which would need to turn out the "True/False" values into "1/0" as they're put in config files by the maintainer scripts.
