Running upgrade.php is quite well known. So would you like a Debian NEWS entry to say to users to run upgrade.php after every upgrade? I could try script it, but I think it would be too difficult with vhosts et al... I think this is a minor wishlist bug, so I'll be marking it so. Thank you for your interest,
