You shouldn't use \subtitle command in the \title command. Use
it outside of \title, like the following;
\title[Dosemu]{Dosemu}
\subtitle{Vortrag im Hauptseminar Konzepte und Techniken virtueller Maschinen
und Emulatoren}
So, this is not a bug of pgf or latex-beamer. Please see the
page 87 of beameruserguide.pdf.
