The upstream author seems to allow linking msmtp against OpenSSL, here is an 
extract of
the README and crypto.{c,h} files :
msmtp is released under the GPL with the additional exemption that
compiling, linking, and/or using OpenSSL is allowed.

I didn't update the copyright file to add this exception for OpenSSL, I didn't 
like to
link against openssl before building this package, but I ensured that I had 
permissions
to link against this library. I will had this exception to the copyright file 
in the next
upload. Maybe this exception needs to be more explicit.
