Package: razor
Version: 1:2.84-5
Severity: minor

README.Debian states that you have to
run razor-admin to register an account. It should state which
user ID to run it from. Root? Any user? The user who
runs the mail client? The user who runs spamassassin?
Maybe it doesn't matter?
