Hi,

The attached patch adds support for gettext-based manpage translations to ease
translators work. You can see po4a(7) for more informations.

After having applied this patch, you have to run autoconf/automake to update
autotools stuff.

Please tell me if the way to handle translations is good since i'm not an
autotools guru. And if i'm wrong give me some advises to better handle manpages
translations with po4a.
