I made a patch to workaround this issue. No other build have failed in
https://tests.reproducible-builds.org/debian/rb-pkg/unstable/amd64/feersum.html

The error is 'Connection reset by peer', so LWP can't follow
redirection. Is there a special network configuration in your VMs ?
