Yes IMail does use Symantec's Norton Anti-Virus Yes my desktop client software was also Symantec's Norton Anti-Virus
I too was very surprised to find that imail let emails with viruses pass through on a regular bases and the desktop client anit-virus was detecting it. I called Imail support and told them about this and got a full refund on thier over priced virus scanner. This is why as soon as I found Declude I switched and I am also using F-Prot, since the switch over a month ago no viruses have passed through. Sincerely, William J.
