Nope  --  that  is  to  say,  no more than having a domain with 20,000
users. The Registry API is somewhat CPU-hungry, but a direct seek into
20,000  subkeys will be fine. On the other hand, a subkey enumeration,
such  as  performed  by  the  IADMIN GUi, wouldn't be something I'd do
often.
