You will need to contact Declude at this point. There is nothing we can do to help you out since the key is showing as expired thus is will not process messages.

We have experienced the same issue - as of 1.30pm friday our declude just stopped working; all attempts to restart it are not working - we've rebooted, re-installed, etc.

We did just renew our SA with declude at 12.30pm yesterday; I'm wondering if that has anything to do with it.

Declude - please contact me! I've emailed "urgent at declude" and left a voice mail on your support line
