No justification other than I was working with RAR because it does not have the size limitations of ZIP. Anyways it is now a .zip

Windows has built-in ZIP support (“compressed folders”). Is there any justification to pick a NON compatible format for compression the all-lists.dat file? If it was compressed using the native Windows format (considering that Declude is a Windows application), the file could be used instantly!
