can the issue be due to declude ?
It shouldn't be possible, because:
Does declude use imail1 for its virus notifications ?
Even though Declude Virus does use IMail1.exe for its notifications, it never uses Bcc: headers, which were appearing in the ones that you saw (and, the IMail1.exe process shouldn't appear, and should immediately be removed from the Task Manager as soon as the E-mail is delivered).
