OK I fixed the remaining issues in Fireant. I also added a function to open a JIRA ticket and ensure that the pull request name references the JIRA ticket.
In short, Fireant is ready to 'turn on' via the CI build at https://ci-builds.apache.org/job/Nutch/job/nutch-fireant/ This is going to create A LOT OF JIRA issues and Github pull requests... I'll leave this thread open for a while so people can voice their opinions.
