I saw the file in .../devel/DEV300/DEV300_m83/Build-1/POT/ only 1KB of
size. I think it is not a valid POT file for translating.
Could the file be located other location beside the a bove location?
Where can I get DEV300_m83 for UI translating for Beta release ?

Please note that m83 is not yet the milestone for the Beta release, but
it's worth while starting with the translation and update it incrementally.
