+1 java.util.logging
-1 on using java.util.logging in MyFaces 1.1.x. That is a java 1.4
method, and will (according to previous postings) cause MyFaces to fail
the TCK.
-0 on using commons-logging. MyFaces is likely to be provided in
containers as part of j2ee.jar, and those containers may not want to
bundle commons-logging.
