Note that I have not created the standard trunk / tags / branches directories in there, since incubator podlings appear to be doing things differently - some have them, some don't - so I figured I'd let you decide what you want to do.

I've given karma to craigmcc, matzew, mmarinschek and baranda, per INCUBATOR-17.

Commits should go to the right place.

If someone could verify for me that it's all working, I'll go ahead and close out the JIRA issues.

I assume that granting karma to other authorized committers is just a matter of editing the infrastructure subversion/asf-authorization file, right?  I'm on the Incubator PMC, so karma for that shouldn't be a problem.
