Hello,
If I use EXTERNAL_WARNINGS_NOT_ERRORS: = TRUE for not cleaning external

I want to know if there is a risk to run this command.
When I can run this command?
searching for EXTERNAL_WARNINGS_NOT_ERRORS using OpenGrok [1] shows a
couple of usages.
Thus, I think it should be no problem to use it in your local
environment. My preference would be to use it as it is used currently -
setting the variable in the corresponding makefiles.
