You can set the DynamicFields which are used by the PM-Module to set Process ID and Activity ID.
I've done this allready through a PostmasterFilter and it worked well.

Betreff: [dev] How to assign Process to Ticket

I have developed some perl code that, within a Process Management process, automatically creates another ticket and links it to the first one. However, I am not able to figure out how to assign a process to the created/linked ticket. I would like to assign a certain process ID to that ticket so it can be controlled through Process Management. I tried the Process items in the API and they broke my program for some reason.

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Dan
