Hi Ian

No - been ill and other priorities.

oups
please rest
Hope you feel better now

I have updated the twiki plugin beautifier so that it will, roughly,
syntax highlight OOoBasic code, I am yet to upload it to the twiki
plugin repository.

I can provide you with python highliting code
are you interrested in it ?

Now working on a good converter (I hope) from Dokuwiki to Twiki format
after wasting some time on a useless approach.

ok

Haven't heard back from Sun people about copyright.

Who are you waiting for ? what are the points you want to be addressed ?

Need to decide whether we have API documentation in a twiki "web" where
users can comment on it. Whatever we choose, or Sun will allow, will
determine the conversion of existing links in the wiki.

duplicating the idl reference may be disturbing but being able to comment it may be interrsting

What about the on-line basic help, should this be included, editable or
just able to add comments (I made some changes in the existing wiki)?

i don't think it is urgent
perharps only some keypoints
and errata for the help errors

  - a dedicated space for the addon repository

It is possible to upload files to the wiki, could this form a stop gap
approach?

i think we need something more elaborate
building the base allowing, collecting extra info, allowing the deliver to end users

  - at least 2 mailing lists : dev@<NameHere> and users@<NameHere>

What do you envisage these mail lists being used for?
I confess that every time I hear of another OOo mailing list I think
"not another one".

dev@ : organizing ourseleves, project driving, tools building (translation, pre-built wizards)

users@ : everybody that want to use the ressources of the site
new commers, end users downloading tool aso ...

I think it is important to separate

What is your opinion for the name
- addons
- extensions

i personnaly prefer extensions

Thanks for your response

Laurent
