Hi Arun,

There was a lot of changes that went into Shindig between 2.0.0 and 2.5.1.
From a pure Shindig standpoint, there was a lot of work put into providing
a client side container API for consumers that we call the common container
[1]. The other big project was adding support for OAuth 2. In addition
there were a number of features that went into the 2.5.0 OpenSocial spec
that we have implemented in Shindig, however not everything made it into
Shindig. I would review the changes made in those spec versions to get an
idea of new gadget functionality that was added.

If you really want to get very detailed about the changes you can take a
look at the JIRAs that were fixed in the 2.5.0, 2.5.0-update1, and 2.5.1
[2] releases.
