A streaming version is not necessary IMO. We are looking for options to put the vids on our main site. It just takes time to do so :) If you still want to put it on a shared service, you might want to check revver.com, they have IMO higher quality video streaming but it still is compressed, and I'm not sure how your screencast would be converted...
