There is also the windows2003 RPC bug fix that you could try. The only time I have ever heard it working for ax problems involved errors when users printed to pdf.

Also I heard the Ax4.0 AOS is likely to crash when the Ax32Serv.exe process reaches around the 2GB limit. Has anyone heard about this?
