Fantastic--if he can do that I'd love to have an original design, but
let's try and get a commitment ASAP. I just want to know if we're
going to go that route or use a pre-built design, and maybe we should
move forward on both fronts since we need it to be skinnable anyway.

I'd really like to get this resolved in the next couple of days, so
how about this. By noon tomorrow, please forward to the list your two
favorite pre-built designs. They can be from anywhere (not limited to
oswd.org in other words), but they need to be available for free use
and designed to be used by others. In other words, "this site is
really cool" doesn't cut it if they don't make their design available
for download.

After I get all the submissions in I'll compile a list of the ones on
which we can vote, and everyone has to pick their *one* favorite by
Monday at noon. Just send your vote to the list; I don't think this
needs to be a secret ballot or anything. Bear in mind when choosing a
design we want the best combination of visual appeal and structural
suitability for our site that we can get as a starting point.

So by Monday at noon we'll have one skin chosen, and then Andrew if
your friend can come up with an original design for us as well, that
would be great and would give us two skins to work with.

Sound like a plan?

Thanks,
Matt
