Hi Dhamma bros&sis,
 
its great to share the Dhamma with you all.
We can start with cultivating compassion&generosity in daily lives.....meanwhile try to sit at least 30 min /day...then slowly increase it to 1 hr/day.....
To bear in mind that loving kindness, generosity are considered meditation in daily lives as we cant sit for the whole day, right?
so, start with simple things in life....then your meditation will improve....
 
The knowledge of Buddhism is indeed very improtant to cultivate saddha.....but make sure that you have to put your knowledge inside your heart and practise it.....
 
Ven Chodron ( well known western nun) always says that......
practising Buddhism is about how we life our lives...how we interact with our family, how we work with colleagues, how we relate to people in society......its the practise that counts...
