Also, about Rene's change of subject line to "why not googlegroups" - and with apologies for repeating myself - there is a monoculture problem with choosing Google groups. Nowadays, choosing Google groups would be the same as if the Digital Divide Network had chosen MSN groups as a host when it started. This is why I expressed interest for Steven Cliff's <http://forums.e-democracy.org/> proposal in a former message.
